Pediatric Professionals: Miriam Mills

Miriam Mills, who did her undergraduate training at Yale, and medical school and pediatric residency at Baylor in Houston, began Young People's Clinic as a solo practice in 1983. Following the birth of her second child, after 5 years of teaching and administration, she wanted more contact with parents and children. She later sought further training in osteopathic manipulative treatment, and now teaches and does research about clinical applications of these techniques. She is board certified in pediatrics, and competency certified in cranial osteopathy. She has five children and two grandchildren.
